As a skilled coaching professional with a background in counselling, and expertise in reading non-verbal communication, I adeptly assist clients in deciphering and understanding their internal messaging system. I work with clients to uncover emotional pain that hinders progress in an environment that is conducive to sharing and healing old and hidden wounds. Once disappointment, anger, hurt, abandonment and other tender emotional spots are tended to, clients have the opportunity to see their way out of old thought and behavioural patterns, forgiving themselves and those that inadvertently and perhaps, but very rarely, maliciously injured them. I work along side clients, listening to discern what is troublesome and what can act as a change catalyst. I am a Christian coach, and while coaching is not therapy, it is therapeutic, with a cost-effect methodology employed that has proven results. My number one priority is clients wellbeing, from our first (sample) session to witnessing the joy of accomplishment that comes with dedicated focus and attention, on what they value most and who they want to purposefully be in the world.
